Does Lotwise change my Shopify inventory? No. It reads inventory levels and tracks batches alongside them. It never writes to your inventory.
Why did a batch go down on its own? When Shopify inventory for an item drops, Lotwise depletes the matching batches using your rotation setting, FEFO by default.
Can I get my data out? Yes, at any time, as a full CSV export. Export is never restricted by plan.
How do I delete everything? Uninstall the app, or email the address above and it is purged.
