Lotwise stores only the data a merchant enters or that is needed to run the app: the store domain, an access token, product and variant identifiers, SKUs and titles, location identifiers, and the batch records the merchant creates (batch code, lot number, expiry date, received date, quantities, supplier and notes).
Lotwise does not request, receive or store customer personal data or order data. It holds read-only access to products, inventory and locations only.
Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 in the United States and is transmitted over TLS.
Uninstalling the app revokes its access immediately. On Shopify's shop redaction request, or on request to the support address below, all data for that store is permanently deleted.
Data is never sold and never shared with third parties. It is not used to train any model.
